What people ask before they hire us.
Are estimates free?
Yes. We walk the job with you in person, then send a written, itemized quote. There's no charge and no obligation.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. G5 General Contractors LLC holds Tennessee contractor license #85222 and carries insurance.
What's in your quote?
Every scope line priced on its own, optional add-ons listed separately, one fixed total, an expiration date, and the one-year workmanship warranty in writing.
Why does the quote expire?
Material prices move. A quote with no end date can't be honest about what the job will cost when it starts.
What warranty do you offer?
One year on workmanship from completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials pass through to you.
How do payments work?
The payment schedule is agreed and signed before work starts, along with the start date and expected duration. If you're using a renovation loan, payments follow your lender's draw schedule.
Do you work with renovation loans?
Yes. Many of our jobs are paid through a lender's draw schedule. How draw jobs work.
What areas do you serve?
Knoxville and the surrounding area: Powell, Maryville, Farragut, Halls, Karns, Seymour, and the rest of Knox County. If you're just outside that, ask. It's usually a yes.
Can I send photos before you come out?
Yes. Attach them to a quote request. Photos help us come prepared. Request a quote.
