You get it in writing
An itemized quote: base scope priced line by line, optional upgrades priced separately so you choose what's in, one fixed total, and a date the price is good through.

We agree before we start
Start date, payment schedule, and expected duration are settled and signed before the first thing gets torn out.

Final walkthrough and warranty
We close the job by walking it together. Workmanship is warrantied for one year from completion; manufacturer warranties on materials pass through to you.

A number you can hold us to.
Plenty of remodels start with a figure worked out on a truck tailgate. That's how change orders turn into arguments. Every G5 quote arrives as a document, and it contains the same things every time.
- 01Every scope line priced on its own, so you can see what each piece of the job costs.
- 02Optional add-ons listed separately from the base scope. You decide what's in and what isn't.
- 03One fixed total. Not a range, not a "starting at."
- 04An expiration date, because material pricing moves and a quote with no end date isn't an honest one.
- 05A one-year workmanship warranty stated on the document itself.
- 06A signature line for both of us, and a quote number we can both reference later.
Financing
Using a renovation loan? We work on draw schedules.
Many of our jobs are paid through a lender's draws instead of one lump sum. Our line-by-line quotes are easy to turn into the budget your lender asks for, and we keep the work moving from draw to draw.
