On site, in person. We talk through what you actually want, what the house will allow, and what it realistically costs before anyone commits to anything.

An itemized quote: base scope priced line by line, optional upgrades priced separately so you choose what is in, one fixed total, and a date the price is good through.

Start date, payment schedule, and expected duration are settled and signed before the first thing gets torn out.

We close the job by walking it together. Workmanship is warrantied for one year from completion; manufacturer warranties on materials pass through to you.
