Renovation loans

Paying with a renovation loan? We work on draw schedules.

Many of our jobs are paid through a lender's draws instead of one lump sum. We're used to it, and our quotes are built in a way lenders can work with.

How it works

A draw job with G5.

01

An itemized quote your lender can use

Every scope line is priced on its own, which makes it easier to build the line-item budget lenders ask for.

02

Work moves in stages

As each stage of the work is finished, you request a draw from your lender.

03

Your lender releases the draw

Lenders usually inspect the finished work before they release each draw.

04

You pay G5 from each draw

We buy materials and pay labor from each draw, so the job keeps moving.

Good to know

  • 01
Tell us up front that you're using a loan, and with which lender, so the quote and schedule fit your draw process.
  • 02
Your lender handles the loan, the draw paperwork, and the inspections. We handle the work.
  • 03
The payment schedule is agreed and signed before work starts, like every G5 job.

On the quote request, choose "Renovation or construction loan" so we plan the quote around your draws.
