Privacy policy.

G5 General Contractors LLC ("G5", "we") runs g5generalcontractors.com. This policy covers information you send us through this website. Effective October 2026.

What we collect

When you send a quote request, we collect what you type into the form (your name, phone number, email address, project ZIP code and address if you give it, and the details of your project) and any photos you attach. Photos are re-saved when they arrive, which removes the location and camera data phones store inside them.

When you book an estimate visit, the booking is handled by Microsoft Bookings, which collects your name, contact details, and the time you pick. Microsoft's privacy statement applies to that page.

Like every website, our web host records basic technical details of each visit (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs. To limit spam, the quote form keeps a scrambled version of your IP address for a short time. We don't use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or social media pixels.

How we use it

Only to answer your request, schedule a visit, prepare a quote, and do the work if you hire us. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone except as needed to do your job (for example, a subcontractor who needs your address) or when the law requires it.

Where it's kept

Quote requests are stored on our web host and in our business email (Microsoft 365). We keep them as long as we need them to follow up, do the work, and keep normal business records.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it for a job or for our records. Email info@g5generalcontractors.com.

Children

This site is for adults hiring a contractor. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
