Services · Renovations

Home renovations in Knoxville.

From one room to a full gut renovation, we run the whole job, demo through final walkthrough: one contractor, one schedule, and one fixed-price quote.

What's included

Renovations, handled as one job.

01
Full gut renovations, down to the studs
02
Framing, wall changes, and drywall
03
Flooring, including the subfloor repair you only find after demo
04
Trim, doors, and windows
05
Paint and finishes
06
Work on a renovation-loan draw schedule when you're financing

Every item on your quote is priced on its own, so you decide what's in. Optional upgrades are listed separately from the base scope.

How pricing works

A written quote, a fixed total.

We walk the job with you in person, then send an itemized quote: every scope line priced on its own, one fixed total, and a date the price is good through. Workmanship is warrantied for one year from completion.

Paying with a renovation loan? We work on draw schedules.
